Ordering and Payment

Order your sign online and pay securely by credit / debit card through Paypal or telephone us to place your order and pay by either cheque in the post or we will forward you a Paypal Money Request which you can pay by credit / debit card.

All goods must be paid for in full before being despatched by us.

All prices are in GB Pounds Sterling.

Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any import duties or tax that might be levied by their own country.

Delivery

Signs will be despatched within 21 days from receipt of order, or sooner if agreed by us and confirmed to you by email.

Returns Policy

Our main priority is to have satisfied customers and we pride ourselves on making a quality product. We are here to deal with any problems or queries quickly and efficiently.

If your goods are not manufactured to your order specifications then we will remake the sign free of charge.

Any sign damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge.

We cannot take responsibility for any sign damaged by fitting.

On the rare occasion you may be dissatisfied with the quality of the hand painting then if you return the sign to us we would endeavour to repaint the picture to your satisfaction and return it to you.

When making your order, if you leave the Special Instructions box blank and therefore opt to let us layout your sign for you, then you are committing to accept our chosen layout.

All lettering is in capitals and in times new roman font. Digits are in either cerebral or times new roman font.

Coats of Arms

We order an authenticated copy of your family name, no responsibility can be taken if it does not match another coat of arms you may have with the same name, if you have any match concerns they must be emailed to us when placing your sign order as there are many different versions of each name.

Warranty

We guarantee our signs for 12 months from date of order.

Privacy Policy

All payments taken via our website use a secure server. All confidential information is held securely and used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Customer details are not passed to any third party.
